This may have been a loot oddity but I have looted CorSec gubbins from thuglike mobs. Either the slum area of Bestine or Mos Eisley(?). Either Jabba or Valarian mobs.

As a Carbineer/CH I find it relatively easy to go around unbuffed....I am up to +80 Carbine Speed without any armor and wearing a backpack and PSG
I have a +10 shirt, and a +7 belt for PvE and a +6 Bandolier for PvP
After that a +1 in each peice does me nicely.

Never seen them go for 10k or 20k. If you do the spawn farming thing on Corellia, you will get about 3 pair a night (along with the gloves-pistol speed 3). But then again I'm on Corbantis. Sell the gloves for about half that.

..20k for boots! You guys are crazy! How much is good composite armor? 2mil?
Well these boots used to go for 300k about 9 months ago.....I sold my pair for 100k just a couple months ago
Uber Comp used to go for about 5 mil.....my Carbineer SEA Comp Suit #1 sold for 10 mil about 6 months ago
All on Chilastra of course.....which is why we NEVER compare prices in here.....

Unfortunately, the only one's that would be able to really use it would bh/carbineers that actively hunt jedi (alot of bh's don't wear armor when attacking a lone jedi), but if memory serves correctly, they speed cap on class mods alone, so this wouldn't benefit them much. You could probably sell it to someone grinding marksman carbines, but again, not much money there. Sorry man.
If it was an accurracy or accurracy while moving mod, that would be a different story.
