That all depends on the SAC, Speed and Damage of both weapons in question.

Everything is on diminishing returns now. Once you hit a point, everything levels out. Speed is not what it was before the Curb. Read the link up there in one of my first posts. Its done by a WS, and explains some of what we are talking about.

There is a reason that the good WS exp on SAC, then into damage and seldom anything into speed. They did early on because it made that DPS look good, but then they got wise.
