They stated that Charge Shot 2 was fixed in last patch. it never was.
what makes you think that all things changes are different from that Charge Shot 2 affirmation?

Charge Shot 2 never worked and prolly never will.

what I have to say to them is:

Before making those kind of changes go thru the profession and FIX THE BROKEN shots and SKILLs. god knows there is a bunch in EACH profession that needs to be FINISHED!!!!

Its a vicious circle. ADD more stuff just makes more stuff to Consider adds another level of potential bugs etc..etc.. more stuff to whine about.. FIX whats there and then we'll talk about changes.
