BH + Carbineer > Image Designer, unless the ID also has rifleman which is possible.

These stats are all staight up w/o any pu's. Not the best but not the worst either.

How good were the tissues?

If I remeber right they were +84 tissues. At least that is what the smith told me and I trust him pretty well. He's got a very good rep. on my sever.I'm think the laser got a 33% slice and the DXR6 got 30%.

Being a MBH with a templateheavy in Carbines 0/4/0/3. I use one carbine for PVP

Krayt Elite (Form fitted Stock and Scope)

Speed 2.4

Damage 165/344 slice no power up, stats powered up are 190/458

Ham 21/48/32

+83 @ 40m (this is what akes he gun awesome IMO)

I hae tried the laser, it's ok, but the Eliteworks best for sticking states on players. Which is really all you can do well with Carbines. I am excellent as a support player butrarely domnate with a carbine only in PVP.

1) What is the name of the Power-up you use?

2) Why do you feel that the Elite Carbine state effects stick better vs Players?

In my opinion, it is beacause of the accuracy of them, in his case +83 @ ideal. I've never really compared my carbines accuracy mods. Looks like I have something to do next time I log in.

I have no idea what the names are, but I use +16 Min, +32 Max. Sometimes I use a speed PU when I am not wearing my armor that has my +25 speed SAs on it.
