I think most people will agree with you Nova. Nobody wants 80% composite armor to exist, but paradoxically everybody wants to have it. Nobody wants riflemen to be able to head hit for 1000 damage, but everybody wants to have an attack which will do 1000 damage themselves. The problem is the prevalent thinking "make everybody weaker, it will improve the system... oh except me", which skews the system.

I'm still amazed how people can say with a straight face "riflemen arebeing nerfed in the combat revamp". Yes that is literally true, but if *everything* is nerfed, may really not be a nerf...

Well lets pray some profs get more "adjustment" than others in the Combat Balance......it is a BALANCE.....we HOPE....

No way they can keep the highest damage weapons firing at the same max speed as every other weapon.....not much balance as we ALL know....

Seems Ive started off a deep philosophic discussion piece here.

mmmm... If Im to PvP I think it will be mainly melee orientated for me and Fencer sounds like a nice addition.....Ranged mit will help me , but as I;m walking around buffed to bugger most of my life, I think I'll sacrifice the skill point.

Once again . Thanks for all the Great discussions on this. Ta Much.

LMAO. With the likes of the people around here, everything turns philosophical at one point or another it seems. If great discussion is what you are after, you'll find no better place than the carbineer boards.
