In the event I get brutally honest, you should know it definitly doesn't suck. Whoever crafted it hit the damage cap which is nothing to complain about. The SAC isn't capped, but it isn't too high, and you'll outlast a lot of eople in a fight with it. The speed isn't too bad either, though I was sharting myself until I saw that it was sliced. If the posted stats were for an unsliced gun, the speed would definitly make up for the SAC though we all know a faster gun at higher SAC means less action faster...thats what we have blob candy and booster blue for though. Not a bad gun though. Definitly hang onto it and replace it only if you can get one crafted with some 180+, -8 , -.78 speed power cells.
