Thread: What skills do you dabble in to complement carbineer?

Get Master Swordsman, Master Brawler, and Novice Medic. Who cares if you lose 85 counterattack points when you can do area knockdown/dizzies and warcry all them and then hit them on the head with a scythe blade? Warcry will break only if you attack them next patch......

I was going to be DE + Carbineer, but I dropped DE to keep TKA. Haha, I still have artisan so I can make a mean CDEF!

master doc/master carb here. But soon to be doc without the crafting line, mater carb and CM with knowledge line. Wont be able to harvest anymore, however, my terrain negotiation will double and ill be able to throw mind posions.

0044 marksman/4333 carbineer/4343 ranger.
I have just enough skill points left to master them both (which I will do tonight) and that's it.

I think the best PvP build includes a ranged and a melee profession. Damage mitigation is HUGE. Personally I have pikeman. I picked pikeman because it attacks action. Also has an area dizzy and area KD move that work great in confined spaces. With carbine, pikeman and the nightsister lances I have, I'm able to stack every state in the game. I have action poison and action fire lances. I usually try and get in close and hit the fire and poison and then go to work with the carbine with charge shot/leg shot. Stackers I take a different approach so I can hit them, but it seems to work pretty well. You also surprise alot of melee people which is always fun. TKA sees you have a carbine out and charges towards you... at abour 15m you switch to a pike and start whacking him over the head with it... works pretty well.

Well over 600 on Chilastra that you can pop TWICE

I think jedi would go well with a carbineer. And also get a rifleman/tk master to back you up. And a CM for some nice dots and to keep healing you.
