Dude, any Speed above 99 is a mathematical WASTE, hope those SEA's were FREE!!!!!!

Actually in practice any Speed above 96 caps a 10.0 weapon.....

This brings up a question I had when I was trying to calcluate firing speed with speed mods over 100....

With the formulas we use to calcluate it, the math breaks down around a95-96 speed mod and tells you everything fires at 1 speed. I always attributed this to the limitations of theforumla, but your stating this also happens ingame. Can we verify this? I don't have any guns over 5 speed or so to test w/ myself. I suppose I could get a weaponsmith to crit on a speed experimentation with a laser carb.....

The equation is well proven and it works just like stated.

but i wont do bounty hunter for it.....sigh....so its just a dream. best i could do even with full skilltapes is 85, since i dont care to get master marskman either....
