Master pistoleers get a total of +75 speed(without master marksman). Master riflemen get a total of +95 speed. Logically, if carbines are supposed to be in between rifles and pistoleers in everything, you'd think that we'd get a total of +85 speed, right? Think again!! We have +65 speed. Where is the logic behind that move?
