My number was with the 1,5x modifier.
Here's how the FAQ explains it:
Please note the Damage Modifier is defined as carbine X modifier = damage, where "carbine" is gotten from the Examine Window of the Carbine. Some other classes choose to report their numbers as weapon X 1.5 X modifier. To compare Carbine Specials to those, you must divide Carbine Damage Modifiers by 1.5 or multiply those other modifiers by 1.5.

its possible...just very hard...thenagain when i did it it was with a 922 dmg laser...
basically do this macro, name it nyax and go afk for 3 hours...PS does he drop stuff again?
also come back every once in a while for PUs on ur gun and hope u hit harder...with my carb only one i couldnt outdmg was the 3300 dmg T21 that was hitting for 12k-24k per hit, i was only hitting 3-10k so there ya go =] good luck

As long as the rifleman's using a DLT20a rifle and you got a 200+ krayt DXR6 D:

Sometimes people hit the wrong F key and arm themselves with the incorrect weapon for the special being spammed, so that's always a way for a rifleman to be outdamaged, assuming he's not looking at the screen (or not afk at all).
