There are about 1,000 different things that can drop that.....so don't bother.....

Nice, i got a similar one on Valcyn. Poison str is 30pts less and uses left is on 1600.
Person who found it told me it was in the belly of an Enraged Rancor.

99% of the people that have asked that before are trying to run out and get the same good loot.....it just doesn't work that way....

But I will say it appears that Rancors love to eat Carbineers because I find quite a few Carbines in their bellies

Well out of the couple THOUSAND I have killed, I have gotten 2 or 3 looted Carbines I think.....so around 1 in 1000....WOOT

I've got one similar. 39-339 damage (25% sliced) 2.3 speed with a Health Poison DOT about comparable to yours.

Its fun to unleash FullAutoArea and watch attackers crap themselves en masse when the poison starts to tick.
