They just changed damage and accuracy calculations last night, fire up a TC client and check it out, let us know what you think.

Well in all fairness to the original poster, the Devs did say some specials that have a windup timer would cancel if you moved.....but I haven't seen any cancel yet.

I try to be careful about what I read but I definitely saw comments regarding this, anyways could someone please confirm that this skill still exists in the carnineer tree. Thanks.

Well it currently isn't on TC5....but we are missing at least 1 Special in a box as well....so the Elite Skill Trees are not complete/correct atm.

Even if they do decide to completely remove that mod (or any mod), that doesn't necessarilymean the SEAs that use it will be worthless. One of the biggest parts of the CU is the item conversion; it's basicallysupposed to ensure everything usefull pre-CU will still be usefull post-CU.

Cool thanks for the info, but I personally fear anything the devs intend with item conversion. Now perhaps if anything os far in the game had gone smoothly I might have some confidence, but can you honestly say you feel comfortable with what they will do? Their track record leaves alot to be desired, but still hope for the best prepare for the worst.

Well EVERYTHING is seeing a conversion......weapons/armor/buffs/spice/food/drink......it is the biggest aspect of the CU, the conversion process.

I was wondering as I have heard that you can't move and attack in the CU, does the accuracy while moving skill still exist. I've got some good AAs with that skill mod and am wondering if they wil be renedered useless.

And most likely the biggest screw up. The mechanics behind this scare me enormously. I fear logging in after the CU to see what they've done to my gear. I'm sure the trade boards will explode with people trying to move items they worry won't be worth anything after the CU.

Worst part about it is its a one shot deal. And only tested in house. So if they totaly bork your gear your sol. It would be way to much work for them to fix it once its done and you cant expect the csr's to activly make corrections to all our stuff. It is all in their hands...but this game is theirs to destroy or save so i hope they are certan.

Nothing they do will make the resorces i payed 200 cpu for be worth anything close to that again though. If i am wrong on this i will be extreamly shocked.

Any definative evidience that this does or does not work? Should I place my AA's in my armor?

There was no evidence pre-CU and is no evidence post-CU for this one.

No evidence post-CU on the other mods that disappeared either.
