Anyone else experience this? Not a whole lot of use for Dizzy if it still doesn't work. Tried this multiple times against NPCs yesterday and everytime they would still just get right up and still be dizzy. However, if they Dizzy then KD'd me...I'm down for a while.

I can't get a dizzy to stick on PC's either now. They get KD, and stand right up.

I had the same problem with a rebel mission. I killed 5 different rebel officers, and all 5 of them after i got them Dizzied, as soon as i started spamming another special, the dizzy effect immeadiately wore off on the npc's, all 5 of them. While they would stand up then fall down again, this couldnt have been from the dizzy effect bec they were not dizzy, i msut have kd them again... i know 1 thing i dont like this, especially in pvp

I'm going to go test again. I thought the dizzy symbol still showed, but I could be wrong.

Before the patch..if you got lucky with the one and a million shot that a dizzy did stick, you could KD the npc and then spam away cause they would stand up and fall down again. The stuns are hitting initially, I actually had a few FAS2's hit that cause stun, blind, and dizzy all at once. As far as I can tell right now, dizzy is sticking...but doesn't do anything.

Back to testing.

I do not have a problem with these. I was in the Hyperdrive Research Facility last night and after spamming FAA for a few shots and using CS2 I could get about 3 in 5 NPCs to stay down.

Works great for me. I went to the Blood Razor base on Lok tonight. There wereabout 20 pirates inside the base--a majority of red cons, a few yellows, and several whites.

Well, there's nothing like seeing 3 or 4 red cons lying on the ground, desperately trying to get up and falling back .

4 or 5 FAA2's followed by a couple of CS2 and another series of FAA 2 did the trick for me--that and the fact that I was using an Enhanced E11 and was able to bleed 4 or 5 targets simultaneously using area attacks.

I don't know yet about PvP, but things are looking good in PvE .

I watched a lower level Carbineer stick Dizzy and then KD on Rav Tortons on numerous occasions and they NEVER stayed down.

It is difficult for me to test even against ST's since they go FLOP from being DEAD before I get Dizzy stuck and KD/Posture Change them

Things to remember:

Dizzy only works on humanoids (aka Imperials, Rebels, gang members, etc)

Dizzy is not automatic "fall down". You can stand up from a dizzy. Dizzy is a chance to fall down upon posture change.

still working from what I can tell (on npc/pc)

I had several duels, lots of faction farming, and the kd/dizzy is still in full effect

as nova stated, creatures shrug off a dizzy with no ill effects
