You read the FAQ before posting a question....you are indeed a rare BH
+90 Carbine Speed is all you need to cap 99% of the Carbines out there (4.0 Speed and faster will cap here). So of course our recommendations don't apply to these brand new changes....not even LIVE yet.
You can never have too much accuracy against the Fencer template....I know as I have 4440 Fencer
I would look at Accuracy and CripplingShot that are in the same tree.....so X4XX is a no-brainer. After that I would go for 0404 to pickup Cone Effect KD/Dizzy/Stun/Blind shots. Especially since you will have Mitigation 3 with Master Pistoleer and Counterattack is currently not working as it should.

Well here come the BH's who are going dabble in carbine after Friday. I read the faq and saw that the if you can only get 2 carbine trees to get accuracy and speed. Well I am getting 3440 BH with master pistoleer. Would you still recommend getting speed with the BH line? Or would getting charge shot be better? So basically which 2 trees would be best if you have the BH carbine line and pistols will be your main weapon with carbine as a back up? Thanks for your time vet carbineers.

but if he skips the counter-insugency tree, then he misses out on burstshot...You dont think burstshot makes the cut?

Burst shot is strictly inferior to the fullauto set unless you are not buffed. (Let me try again..."if you are buffed, fullauto is strictly superior to burst shot.")
For a BH-Carbineer, I think that having cripple shot (as you have the speed to back it up), and knockdown (speaks for itself) are much more valuable, not to mention +40 accuracy is very nice no matter how you look at it.
However, if you spend a large amount of time fighting without buffs (rare on live servers), burst shot might be worth it. It's a personal call, although I expect the vast majority would agree that 0404 is better than 0440 or 0412...
9,656 more to go...
Edit: changed grammar.

I see. Well, I actually stay away from buffs 90% of times unless theres a specific reason for it like a duel (not often) or the couple times I got to play with ancient krayts etc etc...
Is the reason for FAS being better than burstshot because of the chance to apply states? Because correct me if I'm wrong, but doesnt burstshot 2 have the highest damage modifier?

Jfang... I almost never fight with buffs... only when I go to dath, and half the time, I don't buff there, either. I die quite often though... hmm... no armour either

Never heard anybody but a first week noob that couldn't afford buffs. From one 10k set of buffs I can 12 Enraged Rancor lairs at 35k each......and that is doing them casually.
And there are easier things too, like Rav Tortons that I can do 24 in one buff session at 10k each.....and that is pushing pretty fast, hence the reason the ER's are the money makers if you can handle them.

Well, I suppose thats because I don't take missions when I hunt, I'm going for the unexpexted... I just wonder around until something 'strikes' my intrest. I can't go for long periods of time, but I generally don't have a lot of time to play anyway. I don't have much problem taking on just about anything I feel like, espically with (Jeckle) who make a good tank
mmm... Ikopi Stags
