Just curious, have you guys noticed a new "Anger" mod showing up alot? I'm not sure where it's coming from, but last night doing the Secrets of the Syren IV, I saw it several times on me and my groupmates.
I only post this here because i'm a Master carbineer, and wonder if this is related to one of our abilities.

I got the same state on me fighting some NPC the other night. Was kind of curious about it too, but I have no idea what it means, or when it showed up.

Isn't it one of those mob buffs that come after a daze/snare goes out to prevent instant reapplication of the daze/snare?
I'm not sure, but it might be that Crippling Shot has this kinda "debuff".

When a delay or a root wears off the NPC gains the state Anger or Enraged. This grants immunity to those states for 10-20 secs.

I believe anger prevents minor daze effects and rage prevents mezzes like paralyze. They are automatic responses that all players and NPCs have now.

This works for us to ????
So if a mob stuns me and it wares off ill be either angry or enraged? Depending on wich one i wont be able to be stunned again right after? Also does this carry over to PVP?
Also does it still work for me if i cure my stun for example with the skill or do you only get this when it wares off due to time?
This is good as it hurts everyone and makes pvm a bit more complicated. Damn if it dident break my uber solo tricks but i can live with it heh. I like soloing high end stuff but i like big fights that i might actualy die in better.
This does give more to the request for area kd as our croud controle is drasticly cut now yet again.

If they are going to stop stacking though...They should make it so if a stronger debuff of the same type is applied within say 20% of the current buffs duration it will cancle out the weaker debuff and take its place. Its frustrating when a rifleman dosent realise my cripple is een there because he re-applies it via macro or sompthing heh. New players and casual groups with people your not working with will in a sence gimp the players who are trying to work their skills to benifet everyone. Part of the reson some dont like grouping with new people.

Yes, tested and confirmed that this works on players, AND it does work in PvP.
If you use a minor daze effect on a player (disarming shot for example), that player will become "Angered" after the effect wears off and will be immune to minor dazes for 20 seconds. If you use a major daze effect (paralyze for example), that player will become "Enraged" after the effect wears off and will be immune to major dazes for about 30 seconds.
I don't think this applies to states like stun, because those are states that can be cured. I think this only applies to dazes that have no cure.

Very usefull ill have to mess with it. Heh wish it worked with stun though...I hate that. And when fighting a lot of npc's at bases it seems its on me the second i cure even if i do nothing but cure it lol

No kidding. Whoever decided that NPCs should fire Burst Shot every other attack should be shot themselves.

this will only make jedi weaker... as their root will no longer be able to be used in very frequent instances!!!!!!!!!!
