what mission do you get it from? i want it before CH gets nerfed.

As you may or may not have deduced by the name of the weapon, u get it from Nym on Lok. Complete the 3 missions him and his lackeys give u and u will have a Nym slug thrower carbine in your inventory. It doen't tell u he gave u one, so check the inventory.

You'll probably wanna bring friends as I've heard each mission is about 6k-8k away from Nym's Stronghold.

The first 2 missions you fight less than 1k ham pirates, so I hope they are solable. However, Nyms final mission is really crazy...the spawns get up to about 1.5k hams that I've seen, however, there are so many of them your video card will die out long before you die

I would strongly suggest bringing several friends for the final mission.

I wasn't thinkin of the mission itself, I was thinkin of all the red agros he'll see on the way out ot the mission.

I read that NYm is 'sympathetic' to the rebellion. is this true? And do I have to be reb covert/overt to do these missions? If so,..is there a similar carbine mission for imps?

He he i actually did the last nym mission without fireing a single shot... yup its true guess it was a bug of some sort but im not complaining,, crept all around the compleks with my graul.. but nothing so i got the stuff and left again feeling slightly amused.. hehe my luck i guess

I just finished them solo.. and not using anything but a Probot for backup. Lots of fun, got a bunch of credits off all the pirates.

I would rather run around Lok by myself anyway, much easier to be a sneak.

The Only tough thing was the Droideka... and it wont follow you out the door so blast it and run outside to heal if you have to.

I am glad they added more of this.. the carbine looks neat and it was fun to do. LOL you get to see lots of Lok scenery

i didnt the nym missions with my graul mauler

they were all pretty easy with the graul mauler

Ayami - MCH since september '03 and until NGE.
The removal of CH and the NGE in general is the dumbest thing a company has ever done. period.
CH deserves to stay, and SOE deserves to be *#&$^#*@ until they are #*&$& and then *#&$ some more!
