Ok theres is about 3 poi's at every planet that have mag sealed containers that you can open, they "can" be in there but you'll spend a lot of time looting junk. Oh and the borgle bat cave on rori seams to be camped most of the time (some people say it drops better tapes).

there is actually, if you loot some corsec boots. I believe you get a +3 carbine speed

Cant wear boots.
I found those corsec boots and ended up selling them

Hehe, I had those boots but destroyed them cause I needed the room in my inventory

i would have those boots with carbine speed +3 for sale, but i'm on gorath

on Sunrunner there have been a lot of skilltape vendors popping up. I added almost 20 to speed, just shopping around. The difference is extraordinary!
