As you all know...we Carbineers get beat up a lot.

I've got a nice +5 Carbine Speed Attachment I wanna drop somewhere...curious as to see where other Carbineers put their similar attachments.

That's the thing...I only seem to wear Chest, Boots, gloves and helm -- I got my B-wing Suit that adds +5 Carbine Accuracy while moving...so I never take that off.

The padded armor belt has a condition of 100. When it goes to zero, does the attachments in it still works?

Not sure. The mabari belt and ubese armor shirt do not decay at all. I just died and it didn't show up in the decay results thing that comes up and tells you the percent your stuff is at.

Put it in the armor you use, not this other crazy junk. Get some use out of it for sure. Decay is gone in PvP and develop a good relationship with a few docs and get REZ'd in PvE. I know you don't want to lose it, but with Decay nerfed, it shouldn't be much of an issue.

My entire Comp Suit is full of attachments except 3 out of 20+ slots

Look for the Corsec Boots, Tusken Boots, and BE shirts if you aren't wearing armor. I get +10 Carbine Speed with no armor and +25 with full Comp on.

Knock on wood, /bonk self, I only had one failure in about 20 repairs in the last two weeks.

Items with no condition are best, but the modifier is still active on a ZERO condition item I believe. It has been reported in other places that the modifier stays, but when my gloves failed I don't remember putting them on to check. Although the mods were still listed and I might have kept the failed gloves in my house, will have to check when I get in-game.

Verified, items with zero condition still have the modifiers active.

That's great! Thank you. I like the padded armor belt design over the other belts.
