There is a bug with weaponsmith experimentation on special costs.

Do not buy a carbine until this is fixed. Use a 30-62/3.4 second CDEF, it is actually the best available at the moment.

IS this going to get fixed? It's been broken for quite a while...

I'd love to see a developer post on this issue.

I received a personal message from the QA liaisons that they have sent this issue to the developer responsible and that it has high priority.

I'd say no more than a week or two.

Thanks, nice to know they're working on it. Since it's probably just a entry in a database somewhere they'll probably get the fix in fairly quickly.

Be great when it's out, It's depressing to see all these weapon shops that don't even bother carrying carbines.

Tonight i looted DH17 49/80 24/34(or 36)/15 carbine off of a stormtrooper. I love it so much i am not the most damaged on in the group now (mind u i rarely get attacked by the mob...hehe now i do because i can use full auto and full cahrge shot with out 1/4 of my HAM going down). Its great it honestly is, plus i got 500+ exp for each stormtrooper i killed.

Because weaponcrafting is bugged, looted weapons (which are supposed to suck, and this one does, compared to what we *should* have) are now the best source for carbines!

Will there be any type of compensation for those unfortunate enough to have already bought the bugged items or (in a perfect world) will the fix automatically affect the items!! I'm dreaming I know but just thought I would ask.

I was told the faction weapons you can get go up to 80 pts. Can anyone confurm this and maybe tell us about howlong it takes to get the points we need.

31-64 3.2 is the best that i have made/seen. There is not much room to grow as the materials I use generate a 98% experimentational damage rating.

Can you please post where you were killing stormtroopers? Have you looted any more?

I just want to say that I bought an E-11, and its 48-99 dmg, 3.3 spd. My HAM hardly goes down at all, plus to compensate I migrated my stats to super replenish my action. I never lose all my action points, and I havent died in about 3 days. Which is rare!

Check out Vyce City on Tatooine, near bestine, there are also other shops there. The other Carbines were supposed to be nerfed and bugged, waht have you...but this E-11 rocks.
