This Carbine has not been cert'd yet and/or is a loot weapon that has the cert on the weapon itself, not in the Skill Boxes.

really doubtful but I actually think that would be kinda cool. race specific weapons would be a nice touch.

The odds of this are near zero....I have seen the cert in a prof skill box. But remember TWO THINGS, #1 the list of certs I have is old and already updated more on TC than I have and #2 I got even the loot schem certs listed for me so it doesn't mean this is a basic WS craftable weapon either.....had to get both of those disclaimers in there

Hey, it's one of the new Carbines... right now It's more likely to end up at master fencer than in any carbine slot.

This Carbine was originally cert'd at 0030 Smuggler and a Loot Schem Carbine, but now all certs (but Master Level Weapons and maybe a couple others) will be level/prof/race certs instead of in a skill box.

i really don't get giving to smuggler.... what were the devs smoking when they did that? besides the fact that smugglers have no carbine training at all, you wouldn't be a very good smuggler if you were carrying around a giant carbine, i think u'd be caught and arrested quickly not good for sneaking around. now with the new system it will probably be a race cert to bothans... too bad i'm a human, but guess we'll have to wait til the next publish to see which are which
