This is it, I had it made for free. Please provide tips on what I could ask my WS to make better next time around.

You could do a bit better on the speed probably, that is about it though, damage is close enough to the craftedcap (and is at the sliced cap). The sac is nice too.

It was late at night... I'm thinking that he was NOT a 12pt. I'm going to try to get a hold of some more tissues and get another made by a guildie.

Yeah... and another question if anyone knows... can slicing go past the damage cap.

No! No they don't!

Which is why damage slices are highly wasteful with a well crafted weapon. Your weapon is close enough to the damage cap, that every good damage slice will give you something like 2-3 more points of damage. Not worth it.

If anything, Critical is also more important than Speed, but it also depends on your character's template and personal playstyle / preference.

Example: If you're a totally dedicated Ranged Fighter with lots of Ranged Mods, as well as having a great crafted weapon, then Damage and Speed slices are wasteful.

Example 2: If you're something like a M.Carbineer / M.Doctor with far fewer Ranged Mods, but with a great crafted carbine, then either Speed or Critical are your options. Most people with this style of multi-role template would (or IMO, should) get a Speed Slice for faster attacks due to having less Ranged Mods.

are imp stocks still best to use on custom weapons, or do the crafted ones have better stats now?

Crit slices suck, here's why. Critical = 125% damage for 1 attack, = +25% damage for that one attack. If there's only a 10% chance you'll crit with a full crit slice then on average 1 in 10 shots will crit, meaning your average damage per shot increase is 25% / 10, or 2.5%... I'd much rather shoot 12% faster than do 2.5% more damage on average, because the 12% is off the top, and even with going from +105 speed to +155 speed the 12% slice has a bigger effect than the speed mods

If your speed is low enough you effectively cap on speed and any further speed slices are rendered useless.
