justas the title says. i dont want to destroy it all as i imagine there is a way to get at least some money out of them. they are a bunch of hides that are various types and amounts. do people rent out recyclers? what to do?

I have a creature recycler, and I'm addicted to buying cheap hide from the bazaar if I see hide that's less than .5cpu I buy it up right away

that creature recycling thing has been interesting me since i heard about it though they seem to be exorbitant in price. how does it work actually and if some one asked you, would u be inclined to rent it out? i am on a bria so this is just a aquestion to find out whether i should seek one out or not.

Recyclers work by taking resources and then converting them into a generic equivalent with stats of 200 across the board.

So you can take hides and process them into a 'synthetic hide' (or whatever its called) and the stats are all 200. Its usable for grind quality stuff like clothing or furniture.

Makes factory runs a lot easier cause you don't have to worry about resource management.

Also allows you to take a bunch of random scraps of material of different type and convert them into one neat pile of the same type.

Exactly what material converts to what exactly depends on each recycler style and theres some weirdness. Like I think the the ore recycler won't handle carbonate ore for some reason. And it has 2-3 different generic styles of ore corresponding to the other ore types.

If you have a large quantity of a good quality resource id do a PC on your galaxy's trade forum and than if there is much demand for it, either have an auction or an instant sale.
