This will be my last post on this issue. So far, /bug, CSR reporting, previous forum posts, and finally an In-Live Chat have gotten me no serious responses. I would hope that someone who cares might read this and at the bery least tell me where to get off or why this isn't an issue. Otherwise, I'm movin on.
There are so many small problems it's difficult to put them all together but I'll start with:
SORTING
Since vendors have began sorting, they have always been restricted to a 100 item limit per page. This is not only incomprehensive, but it is the root of many other problems encountered when trying to tend to ones vendors. One issue with this type of sort is that a customer often thinks an item is not on a vendor since he's buying Accargm and it's not at the top of the list. The other issue is that it makes managing vendors a tedious experience, especially if you have 12 vendors each with 700 items in stock.
Suggestion: Sort Everything!
STOCK ROOM
It's fair that items don't stay in player vendors forever. It's not fair that it takes sometimes hours to restore items that fall out into the Stock Room to sale status. The 100 item page sort applies to the Stock Room items too. This has a very interesting and aggravating effect when placing items for sale out of the stock room. Since the current page continues to retrieve items from the remaining pages to fulfill it's 100 item limit, new items often appear at the TOP of the sorted list as items on that list are placed for sale and removed. This means that one cannot reliably place items with identical prices for sale without carefully watching the vendor lists. As if that is not bad enough, the list INDEX (the highlighted line that is the current selection) appears to get lost, driven to some random position down the page and out of view instead of to the next item in the list. Couldn't count the number of times I placed a 20000cr item for sale for something like 1000 because of this.
Suggeston: Sort Everything in the Stock Room and keep the index at least in the current view pane.
RESELL PRICE
All items that fell out into the Stock Room have their original selling price still intact. This is seen if one gets a detail of the item before placing up for sale. Why must one do this for every item or keep a price list handy?
Suggestion: Transfer the last selling price to the Price field when the item is selected for sale from the Stock Room.
CONNECTION LOST
One can craft to infinity and nothing bad will happen but stand at a vendor for over 20 minuits fiddling with selling items from inventory or especially trying to maniuplate the ever evasive index in the Stock Room while placing items back up for sale and you will recieve the noted 'Connection To SWG Lost' for having been idle too long.
Suggestion: Reset my activity timer while I work the vendors.
Now, those are issues. Want to make our life easier while you're at it?
Allow MULTISELECTING items in the Stock Room to be placed back up for sale the same way they can be put there (Remove From Sale).
Allow PRICE CHANGES for selected items without having to remove them from sale (here goes multi-select again). These things happen.
These aren't rocket science or even programming science issues. Unless by some off chance, the vendor databases will only allow 100 item queries, one should still be able to have a 100 item limit/page and still have the entire list properly sorted and if one can drop the entire contents of a vendor into the Store Room with a multi-select, one should be able to put them back the same way.
As for the new player vendor lists? Guess what, page limit boundaries still exist, sorting is no different, and while there are about 500 items on a page, the next page jumps by 100 items. My bet is the next page will be fixed soon and nothing else will get better.
Any takers?

Some very good points here.
