I've been away from the game for a bit. I've just logged in, and figured out how to move my character around again and stuff and then headed off to a buff house so that I can kill some stuff.

The house has a 20K access fee on it. I paid it and it said I have access to the house for 30 mins so Iwalked in. Then I was kicked back to the door and asked to pay the fee again so I did, thinking that maybe the fee wasn't paid for some reason. It did the same again.

I disconnected and reconnected and tried again. Same thing. I logged out properly and came back and tried again - same result. So here I am after 10 minutes of returning to the game 80K down and no buffs. Meanwhile I can see other people going in and out ok and I know I'm not banned. House access fees have been in the game from the beginning and I can't believe there's still bugs in this sort of thing. I've e-mailed the owner and politely asked for a refund. I talked to CSRs in chat who said to open a ticket on my server which I've now done. I don't think I can't be bothered waiting a week for a reply though.

I know nobody really gives a toss but I'm enjoying my rant. I'm off to play WoW again. That has bugs too but it has the excuse of being a new game.

at 40k down you should have writen a CSR ticket, not only does it hurt you to be out 80k it's going to hurt the buff bot because you won't be returning as a customer.
