Thread: Serious bug on scylla, all the vendors in our vendor mall have gone out of phase

our vendor mall, one of the busiest on scylla located on naboo at -3931 4563 outside theed has had all of its vendors go invisible. We arent getting any responses at all ingame and need some kind of an answer to this, they have been gone 6 hours and we are losing literally millions of credits in sales. someone please respond the overhead map shows the vendors still exist and we can see their contents from our vendors elsewhere but they dont render so they cant be interacted with directly

we sent in tickets 8 hours ago, not a single tell, from 8 tickets

One of the vendors on our server had a problem with this, theirs used to disappear on a regular basis. I think it was due to them being on the very edge of a server boundary.

I remember this happening to my vendors once... I was told to wait until they appeared again, and lo and behold, they did the next day.

I feel for you guys. They could be on a server boundary as someone suggested. Server restart might help them but that's not til tomorrow 
I'd go down to Customer Service area and post there, maybe you can get help that way.
