Hopefully this will draw the right people attention to some current problems. All of these are crafting problems.
Issue a) Please can we have matching loot items drop as a stack and not as seprate items. Not only do they take up far to much space, you have to use another way to know just how many matching items you have since you have to examine each item to know what the serial number/stats are. I have to keep three houses up for this problem alone.
Issue b) Resource storage. Are there any new plans on the board to help alevate the many different types of resources needed for crafting? JTS added a few new resource types and I am afraid the new expantion will too. Crafters have a very seroius doubled edged sword problem, we need "lots" for storage and factories and harvesters. While the item count was increased for houses a little while ago it's still not enough for someone that just focuses on crafting.
Issue c) Can we please have resource recyclers fixed? They seemed to have been broken for about two months now. I still have yet to see any comment about them from the Dev team about the status of them.
Now a couple ideas I had for my second issue. How about a workshop type building. It's designed to hold resources and crafting stations only. You would have to be a master in one elite proffesion (maybe even two) to place and own it. It would have a higher than normal maintance cost and would be no more than two large rooms. Overall size really does not need to be more than a large house since it's supposed to be a workshop, not a showroom.
With the big CU coming space is going to be hard on the weapon/armour smiths with the new items avalible to us that we can craft. If any of these also require new sub componets it just adds to our storage problems.
Anyone else have any ideas/comments/soulutions?
