1) 30k from any existing resource: Sounds good, but also has some deep effect for economy. Just imagine very rare resources like Avian Meat will pop in such masses.
2) Anti-Decay Kit: No clear informations about it yet, but if you use it on "that 1 good weapon" you will never need something else...

And you can trade/buy the rewards, so with 2 or 3 of those kits for example... Well i hope they do some finetuning until it gets released.

This is only should not be to bad after all it's one of three 6 month rewards so not everyone will pick this one and even if they do they will not all pick the same resource, ( I for one will go for the Minitures , they are cool )

With the combat upgrade there will be no more one wepon is best so people will need toget a few kits ( I can't see many people giving them up ). Although Idohope a Resistance to decay is not imunity to it.

It won't have "that one good weapon" after the CU. Read this in the notes.

From what I read, I see the issue of the CU and the rewards just a bit differently than you seem to be. While there will be no weapon that is the "best" at taking out all armor types, there WILL be weapons that will be good across the board - those will become the weapon of general choice, until they attacker looks over the battlefield, and decide which weapon type to switch to in order to counter the armor. Same will be said for the new armors - Bet we see a LOT of Lag in battles after the revamp from people Macro changing armor to suit the battle scenarios.. As such, an anti decay kit used on your "general" weapon will keep your mid range weapon always at peak.

And yes, Anti-Decay means NO decay. Single items will be immune to decay.

"No, I do everything solo and I see no reason why I should need anyone else"
