Sorry if this sounds like a noob question, but it could have expensive consequences.

Can I change my bank to one on a different planet, without emptying out the safety deposit box ??

I have been in-game for over a year, but have always used the same bank.

I recently moved house and guild (as my old guild collapsed with the GCW )

I want to join a bank near my new house, but I have a lot of expensive stuff (eg firespray deed), in my safety deposit.

Emptying everything out and carrying it in 2 or 3 trips to another planet to my house will be a pain,

but I would rather do that, if it means I run the risk of losing it all.

It would be great if it just transfers to the new bank automatically tho

The only way to do it is to empty out the safety deposit box, and I think move all the credits to Cash. Not sure about the credits. But you definitely have to clear out the safety deposit box before you can leave that bank and join one on the new planet.

Cancelled 7/27/05 - I joined to play Star Wars, not Jedi-BH Wars. You've ignored/gutted/abused just about every other profession in the game, while spending most of your time working on Jedi and BH as they related to Jedi. SpaceCrazy was correct about having to empty your safety deposit box, however you do not have to take any money out, it can stay in the bank.
