Ok I actually put the wrong name into a bank transfer... Anyway to cancel it, I haven't received the confirmation in-game mail as of yet... 500K is a lot of money...

Ok, guess I better move this to the Tech Support forum, it took 500000cr from me but didn't send the money to anyone. If anybody knows what I can do, please let me know. (How do you submit a ticket? I use /bug but the holocron never lists any open tickets for me, I had a problem w/ Aurilian quests and just had to "deal with it" because I have no idea how to get help.)

I'm guessing the money's gone. There must've been a character on your galaxy with the "typo" name, you just haven't gotten the email notification because they haven't logged in. Maybe it's an old character of someone who left the game, or just moved to another galaxy. The money is still in "escrow" until their next login.

But, just in case, you could try a CSR ticket. You open one of those by going to the in-game holocron (ctrl-H on the swg keymap, or one of the icons on the toolbar). There's a button for opening a ticket there, although it requires you to do a search through the knowlege base first. /bug is a separate thing, those never get a reply, they just get dumped into the dev's bug tracking system. There's also the "chat" button on the launchpad, you may be able to get a response from one of the chat CSRs.

i wanted to tip my alt 1mill one time and putted /tip clair 1000000 bank instead of /tip clair' 1000000 bank and the csr gave me my money back so you can prolly can get it back
