Just explain to me how a rug for my house actually costs me 3 times more than the actual house. The same applies to weapons. Yes something is very wrong here. lol

Saying that there is something wrong with the economy because rare rugs exist is kind of crazy. Are you saying they should make rares common?

What you're saying here Kylos is, "I don't understand the economic principle of supply and demand, nor do I understand what scarcity does to the equation."
Any basic college-level economic textbook will explain this to you, in more detail than you will ever need.

Even in RL there are rare rugs that cost more than some houses. The reason rugs are expensive is because the Devs have deliberately made them rare; i.e. they are loot items. If every architect could make rugs they'd be dirt cheap.
