Moral rant.
My guild managed to conquer that endorian mine of madness a few times to make a jetpack for almost each and everyone of us wanting one. Its something most of us are very proud of and to me personally its worth alot more than the xx credits it takes to get one from some auction.
Someone could probably buy 20 of them, but how much fun is that ?
Billions of credits, jeez, when did it stop to be fun ? 150 mil.. 400 mil..
Some just wants more and more i guess but thats certainly not why i play this game
/moral rant

A billion is english for 1,000,000,000, its an actual number not slang. I can see how it can be confusing if you don't grow up in an english home, its used in hyperboles a lot.

The UK (offically) calls 1000 million just that 1000 million, but it is generally recognised that when someone is talking about a billion they mean 1000 million.
The UK is generally referencing 1 million million as a billion in the scientific world these days rather than the financial world.
As with most things I expect that if you ask most people in the UK they would now talk about a billion as a US billion as it is the world standard for that figure now.

? But 1 million million isn't a billion in the scientific world. Here's a decent link illustrating what I'm saying.
