SWG may provide "masters" with a master title, but true mastery takes more thangrinding quenker missions or making and eating soy-pro. True mastery comes from months and months of finding resources, getting all the necessary SEAs, and learning the ins and outs of the profession, not flying a master tag.

You should read the bio of my pilot character. "There's a difference between being a master pilot by title, and a master pilot by trade."

Skill system addition that will be beneficial to all and would not conflict with the CU

A player has a total of 250 skill points that s/he can apply to any profession they see fit. If a player has mastered a profession they will receive a badge for their efforts signifying that they have mastered that profession. Because they knew all the aspects of that profession if they choose to take up that profession again it will be by far easer for them. For Novice and Master of any profession they will need the experience and open skill points to be trained. The individual trees of that profession will only require the player to have skill points open for what it would take to master the whole tree. The player can only be retrained in one tree for only one of any profession that they have previously mastered once every 24 hours. The player can only be retrained in this way by that profession’s NPC skill trainer. The trainer will have a fee for retraining. A player may save a profile of their current skill template at a cloning center for a fee so that they have an opportunity to revert back to it if they don’t like a different skill template. A player may only have a total of 3 saved skill templates per character. The player can only revert to a saved skill template after they have paid the skill recloning fee and a player can only reclone once every 200 hours. This system would be beneficial to players and SOE. People that have multiple accounts will still have the multiple accounts active so that they can have a skill template that are fast to access that won’t take 200 hours to receive, but will allow players the freedom to dabble or tryout professions that they previously wouldn’t have tried. This will also potentially reduce the afk grinding who camp npc spawns and would not require players to be on all the time which would free up bandwidth. This will also provide another outlet to remove money from the in game economy to help reduce the hyper inflation. This does not apply to the Jedi System unless the Devs see fit.

It's probably not in SOE's interest to make it easier to players to master every profession and retutn to them at the drop of a hat. That's less time in game, less money in their coffers.

Hyper inflation? I think you confuse the high prices of uber goods, such as ADKs with inflation in general.
