I have been playin since launch and the most i have ever has in the bank is 2 mil. That was beacuse a goo firned left the game and gave me.....2 mil.
I also seemto have crappy luck with loots.
I am a master swordsman, master brawler, novice medic and scout 3040.
BRING ON THE UBER DATH AVIAN MEAT!!!!!!!!

Check SWGCraft.com. If not avian, then herb. If not herb, then wooly hide. Also, just in general, archi's need endor wooly hide by the truckload (no stats needed), so if you walk up to an archi and say "I have 20k endor wooly hide, how's 5cpu (100k) sound?" they'll probably take it. I feel sorry for the thousands of gurreks and mantigreus that'll die, but hey, everyone needs master level couches

The ones who have the most money are the ones who are the most proactive. It's bee said before, check out the trade forums, see what's in demand. Learn what other professions want; chefs, BEs, AS, docs, etc. Then, before the weekend (more often if you feel like it) check out SWGCraft.com for the creature resources on your server.
I once advertised I was buying some meat for 20 cpu and a day or two later a guy came up and asked if I was still buying it. I said yes and he gave me 5k. He said this was the most money he had had and was wondering if I would be interested in this other meat he had gotten and forgotten about. 20k of a meat I was paying 35 cpu a few weeks before. It's not often you can make someone "richer than they've ever been" twice in one day
If you want to gather resources for money and can't wrap yourself around the numbers, ask those in other professions: "What do you buy? What stats need to be good?" I try to make it easy on people but it really amazes me how I have money just sitting there waiting and no one wants it.

pick up a crafting profession and get good at it then you can make money when your not even on the computer

If there is no good avian or herbivore meat around you can just hunt any crature resource. Even carnivore meat will sell for 3-20 cpu depending on quality. This is because you cannot dump some harvs on it, wait and get a million out of your harv farm after a week of just waiting.
