Why not? You don't even NEED to spend any skill points on Artisan to sell resources. Maybe you won't always get the "best" resources without being able to Survey, but Grind resources are always needed as well. So what about being 100% combat STOPS you from just dropping a Harvester down and turning it on? You have the lots, you have the Bazaar to sell the resourceson. Even selling resources at 1cpu will make you money in the long run. Steel and Radioactives are 2 resources you can ALWAYS make credits on.

Quote that sums up the current, flawed direction of SWG:
"No, I do everything solo and I see no reason why I should need anyone else"

A way to bring Combatant and Crafter together.

You can rent your lots out. You can hire surveyers to find you spots to mine in.

One way is to use pets, or an AT ST. Same as solo

First of all, Papa Smurf didn't create Smurfette. Gargamel did. She was sent in as Gargamel's evil spy with the intention of destroying the Smurf village, but the overwhelming goodness of the Smurf way of life transformed her. And as for the whole gang-bang scenario, it just couldn't happen. Smurfs are asexual. They don't even have reproductive organs under those little white pants. That's what's so illogical, you know, about being a Smurf. What's the point of living if you don't have a di..?

I have made 10+ mil by gathering organic resources. Even with the 30k vetern player rewards going around, I have not seen much of a noticable drop in prices. I remember when Dath Avian was going for 35 cpu, Naboo Avian 170.

I have met some really great people and have alot of fun. Do I have any LOOT? Not to my knowledge. I think I have some weak AA's, and cheesy NS lances and that is about it. I have two DE-10's, which i cannot use anymore, so they are a decoration. I have two laser rifles, and two T-21s, all of which are about average.

I am happy with my toon, and that is all that should matter, not the crazy AA's, or anything else, but find a path and go with it.

People complain about the 'economy' being broken. It is not broken. It is a great economy. People actually have to EARN credits to get the best stuff. That is the way it should be.

People complain about crafters overcharging. Really? I don't see it. The reason is very simple. A player does not NEED the vast majority of it. People WANT it. I want that crate of Brandy. I am willing to pay 100,000 cred for it. That same 'overcharging' crafter is also paying me, so I have no problems with it as well.

When I first started playing in mid-February '05 (yes I'm a noob lol). I just grinded newbie missions like crazy till I could afford my first 4 essential comp pieces and doctor buffs. From there I took off to Sennex Caves and got to my elite combat profession. From there I still had money for 1 more set of buffs, so I took off to dath science outpost and slowly beat Giant Baz Nitches to death for 11k/mission. After doing this non-stop I had enough for a crate of brandy and a decent VK. I kept doing this till I got Master TKM. Now I get in solo groups and hunt Rancor Meat which I can quickly hawk for 30 CPU or Head out to Yavin and hawk KlikNik meat for 60 CPU while it's still in good shift(Grouping with a harvest droid yields great returns per kill). I occasionally go crystal/loot piece hunting and manage to come out with a handful of crystals or some nice loot pieces (e.g. A BH Jetpack base and DE-10 Schem from my 2-man DWB Suicide Group lol).

Now if I'm in a pinch I can make about 1-3 million on a buff session depending on how lucky, efficient, and not lazy I am. If I had an AT-ST I'd be rolling in dough because I'd receive that full 38-39k rancor payout >=] along with the 400-ish meat I collect with my droid off enraged rancors. But I missed out on the solo-group cash... =[

Now I've got my 222 dmg VK, working on Combat Medic, and am saving money to buy 30k FP for my AT-ST. I figure I can make the money to buy the FP faster than actually grinding it, so why not.

When I finish up CM I'll pay a visit to some other high-end mobs and see what I can turn up with.

Otherwise - Meat, meat, and more meat. It might not be the best, but gets me everything I've needed so far (unless you count SEA's lol!)

I am one of the few that can say... I spent my august grinding at the terms... made 35 million credits in a period of 2 weeks, about 5 buff sessions a week(i was making a million an hour)... so heh

But now... Definately kill Juvinalle krayts, i just looted 9 million credits worth of stuff in about 2 hours... no joke, 25 nice tissues, and a pearl...

By far, the best way of making money i have found thus far!
