Architect is not much of a money maker nowadays. No real demand for our stuff and prices have continuously dropped.

Yep, Master Artisan w/vehicles. I sell 20-30 swoops a day and am still lvl 59 cl, which allows me to do quite a lot of shootin' & adventuring. I make close to half a mil a day (if I can keep my stock up). Biggest problem is just keeping the resources in stock since swoops (and other vehicles) take so much. On the bright side, since people tend to have more vehicles blown up than just wear out on them, most aren't too concerned about quality either.

I'm selling about 5mil worth of pups/ week @ 5k each and I could charge more if I was so inclined ... not half bad considering its just a side job
To be fair ....you'll need decent resources, a +2 artisan suit and have your toon be human to be able to realistically compete in the pup market, Artisan foods can make you a pretty penny as well without investing too many skill points in crafting .... but the same applies somewhat as far as the +2/4 market.

Ranger. Yep, Ranger. When i was a master ranger, i could harvest about 1 million credits worth of hide per HOUR. This is, of course, with a good spawn and a decent group. If Ranger is ever un-nerfed, i will go back in a heartbeat.

I would have to say a Pilot is a better way to make money than Ranger (I'm both
). I only say this because demand for materials changes drastically all the time. You definetly have to keep up with it. Ah... the life of a Ranger...

When were you a m.ranger though? With resource changes, drop changes, etc.... The economy of organics has changed severely .... I for one will never pay more than 50 cpu for a resource again (I've gladly paid up to 300+ cpu in the past) ... I'd sooner get a group with my novice scout and it get it on my own

Solo BH will outharvest a Solo Master Ranger on anything
Then there are Jedi kills for cash...
But, alas, Pilot even outearns these most of the time
AS earns a lot, but takes time to get resources and such. I would confidently say that if you had had 2 new toons play the same amount of time each day with 1 was just in space whilst the other was on the ground, the pilot would be richer even after 6 months. That of course assumes you do not use the pilot to finance the AS startup costs
As Pilot uses no skillpoints, you should master and use that to finance whatever you want to do in the game. If crafting is your thing then great... Pilot will help you start out. If you prefer pvp, Pilot will finance that. If you want to be a Dancer/Musician/ID, and still collect rare items, then Pilot will finance that for you
