HI guys i'm new to game and have been playing for a couple of days now. I'm currently at 0-4-3-0 and am wondering which would be the best road to take.
A little background..... I like getting stuck in and for the moment I am going about things solo, but will be looking for a squad in the future.
Also.... (sorry to be a pain). My friend has been playing for a while now, and he keeps going on about becoming a Jedi, however he is a little hazy (to say the least) on how this can be done! If someone could clear the procedure up for me I would be grateful as it is a profession I would like to attain one day

For being a brawler i would head up the swordsman tree for the best attacks, there able to solo most of the stuff in the game. Fencers good for their good defence though....
As for jedi, its a long complicated procees involoving you having to go to certains POIs do certain themeparks, and then get a lot of xp.
Pl corrent me on the jedi thing, i dont may much attention to it because i dont paln to be one

heres the Brawler breakdown:
TK (unarmed) - has a good offense, but limited damage types, and it has decent defenses
Fencer (1-hand) - king of defenses, little amount of damage
Swordsman (2-hand) - very strong in damage, I would take this over pikeman for now, but swords has low defense
Pikeman (polearms) - it is the slowest, but can have highest damage, for now, Swordsman is a better choice, but pikeman can be stronger if you can get pikeman speed attachments (but you need to loot them [they are rare] or buy them for at least 500k a pop)
I would go fencer/swordsman since you are already so close to those novice boxes... GL!

as for Jedi, you need to get themepark badges, 1 profession badge, POI badges, then you need to do quests, and grind loads of xp
dont worry too much about this now, but if you really want to, check out the forse sensitive or jedi forums

Good info, and as for how to become jedi, check the Force Sens forum for info on that. Good luck and welcome to SWG.
