I think I remember reading about someone who didn't get xp for i out of every 3 fights they had, I've started to notice this too. Is everyone having this problem and has anyone looked into this?

The answer to your question, Ray, is long and complex. The short/simplified answer, I think, is that the game developers did not intend for players to do things like that to durni. Is it wrong? That's more of a moral question, but either way I don't think the Devs will smile upon that.
