Is acuiring tapes to get an additional +25 to your Intimidate a good idea ora waste? Does it improve the chance of sticking, the duration, both, neither?

It increases the chance of sticking, the time is a settime attached to the ability. It's set off against the defenders defense vs. dizzy, so if they have a higher defense against it, the higher your intimidationsthe better chance it will stick.

A good tailor should have +18 warcry/intimidate clothes, get a bandolier, shirt or pants made with this and you will be nearly capped, get it in two pieces of clothes and you are capped. Even +18 alone makes a huge difference, well worth the investment imo.
