Thread: +Intimidate and +Warcry Enhancement dont work

I have purchased a +1 Intimidate and +2 Warcry shirt and found that it does not work.
I am a TKA and i figured the reason is that at the Novice Brawler box, we get the Intimidate and Warcry special, however, we do not get +Intimidate and +Warcry unless Master Brawler. Quite stupid that we have the specials but cant use Skill enhancements to improve the success rate.
