Some ppl mentioned it but i have found no answer yet.
What exactly does Melee/Ranged defense skill mod. Damage Mitigation or Damage avoidance.
Also i have heard of some rumor that there would be a soft cap on these skill of about 50 or so.
I would really like to have this subject cleared. I would hate to work on my character as planned now and realize my plans are screwed because i hit a cap. Plz help clear the subject.
