So how does that work for unarmed? Is there an /unequip command somewhere? Yeah, I could just put the weapon in the bars at the top, but how about for switching to fists?

Just click the button with the weapon you already have equiped...It will unequip it...

ie, toolbar F-4 has heavy-axe...Push F-4 again to unequip to fists...

Just started playing over the weekend, having a blast! I'm wondering, I'd like to be able to switch my weapons quickly during combat, what would be the best way to do this? For instance, switching between unarmed and a ranged weapon. Thanks in advance!

you can slide the weapon or item you want to use quickly up into your hotkeys(F1,F2,F3, and so on) then you just use that hotkey or click on the item and boom, you are done.

When switching weapons remember to not have any weapon specific attacks in the attack queque that require the weapon you are unequipping.
