it is pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



This was the only skill i used to tank for other people, now i get killed in like 20 seconds fighting the advanced creatures........

YES!!! ... Plus it never worked right anyways ... Warcry 2 was supposed to be an area frontal effect ... but that never worked right but I wasnt complaining I live by warcry2 when fighting ranged people...

Yes, it has to be broken. I was getting the same message on every attempt.


It seems like they decided to add a second chance for war cry to fail by NPC's being able to now resist the delay, but instead they resist it every time.


I personally don't understand why they would do something like that to a move that already has a significant failure rate. It doesn't need two chances to fail. It was perfect the way it already was. They had better not add the chance for NPC's to resist it even if it sticks. I'll be severely pissed off if that is the case.

Figured I would post this here, I posted to the TK board the first time...



Is War cry working for you guys? No matter how many times I use it today I have not got it to stick.


If it doesn't fail I get the message "target resists your attempt to delay" on every mob I have tried it on.


At first I thought maybe resists are fixed. But I have tried on no less than 10 different mobs and no success...

The skill required so much HAM that it was borderline useful before (IMO not useful at all). Now it doesn't even work. This combined with Lunge2 no longer being worth a **edit** makes me really mad I wasted the time and effort getting Master Brawler.

I bugged this last night - warcry simply doesn't work, ever, unless you're telling me that a Gubbur is 100% resistant to it! Defense vs. states shouldn't impact warcry because it's not listed in the defense vs. list (e.g., defense vs. blind, defense vs. dizzy, etc.). The defense vs. states is what's causing dizzy to wear off so quickly now (and this is a good thing, if it's also fixed for players).


I think that the new 30-second timer for "delay" moves zapped warcry. Apparently, the silly game never sets this timer to zero (or possibly fails to reset it - I didn't check the login boundary for warcry). Thus, if you succeed in a warcry (check you combat spam), the target resists anyway because it's on the immunity timer. Warcries still fail at an unprecedented rate, and this shows up in the combat spam as well. To think, the Devs want to give us a /tank move...how about just fixing the basic skills that we have that are next to useless, if not completely useless.
