I am one of those who am impatient and just want the grind of Unarmed 4 only to accomplish A "elite" profession.

I have seen reference to people using VK's to help gain XP. If we are not certified for it, how can it help? What is the benefits? Can someone explain or have I missed something? At one time the VK's were certified for novice brawlers, but they nerfed that. Have they changed courses yet again?

Thanks.

Speed. Base speed 3 or 4 unarmed. Decent set of VK's 2 or less sliced. I have a set I used that got down to 1.2 or 1.3 sliced with speed power up.

As a side note this should go in a stick FAQ since it gets asked all the time.

I don't think this has been said before, I haven't read it anyway so here goes. I feel for you in the grind. I did almost all the way through Unarmed 4 before I saw a post about using VK's to hit faster. But the long ardous gring was worth it! The reason is, I learned to maximize my use of my character and his abilities. I learned what secondary skills worked for me to get my play style. Now that I am starting to go up the TK tree these lessons about my play style are greatly increasing my success rate because I have a rough idea of my limitations. I suggest once you get to lvl 4 you at least try it unarmed for half the climb or more. You will learn alot!
