I am a Master Brawler and have been experimenting with the 'Taunt' ability. I am often successful in taunting my opponent but it really doesn't seem to do anything other than lower my HAM. I have tried starting combats with it and using it in the middle of combat and it just doesn't even do anything. It doesn't even make the enemy attack me. What does this skill actually do?

Taunt is only useful in a group. You use it to get the mob to attack you instead of whoever they are currently attacking (i.e. that wimpy pistoleer who's trying to get some distance).

/taunt is usefull when u facing a group of aggros or whatever u need to kill , just go 60m away from the target, do taunt and u will pull the rest of the mobs that were behind the one u targeted and taunt it, i use this techinique to pull 1 or 2 mobs when u have to fight a group. then u can go on and kill the last one.
