All modifiers from clothing or items cap at a combined +25. This is on top of your skills and any racial bonuses. (My tests to prove this involved camouflage, but the Ranger Corespondent assures me it applies to all skills.)

So if you are wearing over +25 warcry on your clothes, then yes you can take some off. Otherwise stick with the bandolier.

The bonuses from bio-engineered clothes will cap at +25 (2 +14 clothes will only add +25 effectively, despite the display). This is not the overall cap, so the clothes will still add to your master brawler bonus.

Yeah, I have a warcry bandolier and shirt. My shirt was destroyed as I tried to repair it and I noticed a significant failure rate in my attempts to Intimitdate and Warcry and I am a Master Brawler too.

i read somewhere on the boards that "the devs have confirmed that warcry and intimidate mods are innefective above +25" so the mods can go higher but they don't make any difference. I just made master brawler (woot!) and am wondering if I can take this +intimidate/warcry bandolier off now.

Since the devs, bless thier digital hearts, have been outright wrong in the past about game mechanic issues, and since I don't recall the post saying the mods are capped actually coming from a dev i'm really not sure. Any info is very appreciated! I'd love to get my backpack on again and stop worrying about inventory management
