check the tailor and BE forums.
The cap for all BE enhanced clothing is +25. Even if your character skills screen says differently. Anything above +25 is ignored.

are we sure there is one? my shirt and pants both add correctly into my skill box window...or is it an "effective cap" or something (e.g., anything past for example, 35 is the same as 35)
