I'm gonna write up a report and ask for some upgrades to what exists (though I can't guarantee anything). First and foremost I think that Warcry really needs to be AE given its current utility.

Warcry2 in PvP doesn't pin you to the floor like it does an NPC or Mob. If you are effected with Warcry you just need to run for it and let the melee try to catch you (difficult thing to do as any melee will tell that has been kited) AFAIK the nerf was solely based on it's effectiveness in PvE. KD, Warcry2 (assuming they both stick of course) and you have 20seconds to spam Hit3 on your target. Even as a fencer, with the worst Damage output in game, that's a 12K HAM mob down before it'll get up. Now obviously a 12k mob was meant to be solo'd (I assume) but not killed in 10seconds or less. Then, combine this with better damaged classes and you can see why they didn't like it.
Trouble is, Master Brawler without it isn't worth the points.
