Hmmm... Which to take is the question, yes
I was wondering which of these templates that would be better:
Teras Kasi master + masterPikeman + Master Brawler
or
Teras Kasi master + master pikeman + Master heavy swordsman
Which one you think is better for PVP andPVE??
I cant decide which of these i wanna do

For PvP, I'd say master brawler is more useful then master swordsman if you have to choose. a 20m knockdown is great for kiters, and the intimidate2 and warcry2 are also quite handy. Next publish will decrease warcry2, but it'll still be good to stop kiters from hitting you while yuo're getting in range, or saving your ass when you need to recuperate a little.
Master swordsman is definately good for PvE though, and since you'll have a KD with TKA, you don't need the brawler lunge2 in PvE. Also, warcry2 will be pointless in PvE since you'll always be attacking them and thereby removing the delay.
Swordsman has it's uses in PvP with the mind hits and such, but theTKM classcan beat theSwordsman class in PvP anyday, so having that will suffice, and master brawler adds a lot that swordsman can't provide.
It's also a lot quicker to go for brawler then for swordsman

TK + Rifleman would be better for PvP. I'n not sure it's really worth the points on Master Brawler with the changes coming. Wait for publish 7 to be release, not taking it would leave you an extra 34 skill points.
Master Heavy Swordsman and Master Pikeman would be better with for PvE, I wouldn't bother with TKM if you have them 2, maybe get the Meditate line and/or the balance line but I would see if you couldn't get another profession instead.
In both cases look beyond just combat to support yourself. LikeScout for terrain negotiation and Medic for self heals.

of course there's better templates for PvP, combat-medic/TKA, rifleman/swordsman/TKA, carbineer/swordsman etc etc
that wasn't the question though

I don't see much sense in taking both pikeman and swordsman. PvE is the strongpoint of both, and having both creates no real advantage. I'd say choose one of them. As a previous poster said, master brawler is a nice addition, but if you wantto master 3 melee professions, I'd add fencer to the template for the nice defenses which you won't get with swordsman or pikeman.

Pikeman, kinetic damage, electricity, energy. Swordsman BLAST, Kinetic ...both classes are very usefull for PVE as enemies have differing resists.

I'm going Master Heavy swordsmen/Master TKA/master Fencer
but I dont PvP so I am just doing that for the hell of it
