ok, ive decided to go all out melee although im terrified of what will happen to me in pvp when i drop master rifleman. Im keeping master tk and master swords (ive grown too attached to the +25 meditation bonus at tkm) but im having trouble deciding between fencer and pikeman. Please help. Thanks.

Fencer!! very stylish, and excellent defenses. (much better than pikeman) Plus, fencer get nice dizzy a blind specials. (they are even AoE)

you mis read. i said iwas defenatly keeping master tk and doing master fencer, but im having trouble deciding between swordsman and pikeman. Im already 0-4-4-4 swordsman with 900k xp built up already (was master before) and like, the best scythe on bloodfin so im leaning towards that but id love to give pike a chance.

wait, i mis typed. i meant i was keeping master tk and def fencer but having trouble between swordsman and pikeman. sorry bout that.

I'd say the advantages of swordsman are nice AoE, can hit mind, and good damage, plus AR2.
The advantages of pikeman are more state effects (swordsman get very little), good AoE (might even be the best AoE), one AR2 weapon, and 3 damage types. Plus pikeman moves look nice.
I'd say it's a toss up between the two, if you already have some swordsman skills and a scythe, I'd go with swordsman. But that's just my opinion.
