I'm leaning towards the former but it wouldnt be as great for high-end PVE like elders and such because it lacks Swordsman. Thoughts?

My current template I'm going for is swordsman with the meditate line of TKA. Having played both swordsman and TKA, I can say that the swords do much more damage on high end content. A fellow swordsman and I were able to duo Akiva Minh (sp?), but I couldn't touch nightsisters at all with TKA. However, meditate, powerboost, force of will - all huge. Yeah, you don't get defense stacking from that line, but it's really nice. My doc/swords got mind diseased, I wasn't quick enough on the cure, and bam, I was pretty much out of commission for the hunt. I very much recommend the meditate line of TKA.

TK Pikes, much more fun. Swords won't be the "pwn" afte rthe CU.
